PGYSA Documentation

This section of the website holds all the public documents available to the membership of PGYSA.  Over time, all relevant documents will be added; the first section contains our codes of conduct (all pdf documents):

• Coaches Code of Conduct
  

These Codes of Conduct are specifically for Select teams; however, the general principles apply to all PGYSA teams, even if specific sections may not apply directly (House league teams generally do not travel, for example)

Coaching Application Form

Anyone wishing to apply for a coaching position with PGYSA must print out and complete this form, then return it to the Executive Director.
